These updates are designed to bring you the most relevant content in a package that’s easy to understand, analyze and present to your teams. Not to mention that they’re so sexy, you’ll be amazed they’re based in Excel.
New Sections: We’ve broken the report into four easy-to-navigate sections that are highlighted by tabs differentiating each portion. The first section is a high level overview of your report period, including your admin activity, fan breakdown and engagement summary, and top content callout.
Engagement: Your engagement breakdown has some rich new details, including an in-depth analysis of your three highest engagement “peaks” and how they break down into replies, Retweets and whether or not they were brand-driven content.
Admin Posts By Type: This visualization has changed dramatically, allowing a clear side-by-side picture of your engagement and total use of each post type, allowing you to focus on the type of content that is driving the most engagement.
Community Health: This section now shows your fan growth over time with a callout of your largest growth in fans. It also contains a “People Talking About This” (PTAT) chart and summary of how this relates to your fan base and how it has changed over the report period.
User Posts: This new section breaks down your fans’ posts on your page, and the engagement on those posts, giving another layer of insight into what fans are interested in.
Day and Time: This section is brand new and adds an entirely new layer of useful data. This chart breaks down your most engaging day and time, allowing you to plan your content calendar accordingly. Not to mention…it’s a really good looking chart.
Top Links and Top Domains: This change may seem understated visually, but the top links and top domains are now displayed in tables instead of charts. Now when viewing your report in Excel, there is enough room to display the links and URLs,and they’re clickable, allowing quicker understanding of the type of content engaging users.
Top Posts and Top Comments: These sections are now sortable by type of engagement when viewing in Excel.
