Simply Measured is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with proven success in leading and developing strategic B2B marketing campaigns. This person will work closely with key stakeholders in marketing, product marketing, and sales to drive demand for top of funnel growth. This role will focus on driving new names, persona targeting, and conversion optimization. This person must have an analytical mind and enjoy solving complex business and marketing problems. Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Optimize performance of Simply Measured’s website to increase traffic from our owned and earned channels (direct, organic, referral) to drive conversions and new names in our database
  • Work with marketing stakeholders to support campaigns on the website through messaging, calls to action and dynamic content
  • Lead digital marketing strategy and execution; including paid search (SEM), paid social, display advertising, and retargeting for lead generation
  • Partner with other marketing stakeholders to develop effective integrated cross-channel campaigns and persona targeting plans
  • Measure and benchmark all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Deliver reporting and insights that accurately measure channel performance on a weekly through annual basis that measure against those target metrics
  • Plan, review, and iterate campaign strategy as needed and inform key stakeholders

Desired skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other field with relevant work experience
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in B2B marketing with focus in digital marketing
  • Hands on experience and knowledge of SEO/SEM
  • Comprehensive understanding of Google Analytics
  • Experience using Optimizely, Crazy Egg, & Moz preferred
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation, CRM and Advertising tools a plus
  • Experience reporting and analyzing data to measure ROI performance of marketing campaigns
  • Experience in cross channel collaboration and ability to work well in teams and independently
  • Self-starter, possesses a high level of initiative, and proven ability to think strategically
  • Strong team player not afraid to defend their point of view
