The Manager, Professional Services leads our growing Professional Services team. You will be responsible for driving Professional Services strategy at Simply Measured and setting team and individual goals, supporting sales efforts, overseeing services deliverables and timelines, and driving value-add engagements with our customers. You will be focused on improving our Professional Services offerings, reporting processes, quality control, and team utilization, with the ultimate goal of delivering services that positively impact customer relationships, increase customer retention, and drive services revenue.
Customer-facing mastery — a track record for developing customer relationships, directing and evangelizing the value of customer deliverables, and overseeing a team of customer-facing services professionals.
Great analytical skills — enjoy testing and optimizing different ideas or hypothesis, but focused on consistent quality and statistical significance. Highly proficient in interpreting and understand data and how it can impact business decisions.
Love for technology — experienced in utilizing technology to deliver value to customers; savvy with solution implementation processes and related quality assurance.
Excellent communicator — experience defining messaging and positioning ideas and solutions for brands and agency companies. Great instincts around how brands can take action with data and a desire to LEARN from our customers to better serve them.

- Manage team utilization and scheduling for customer deliverables
- Ensure quality of deliverables and serve as a subject matter expert/consultant for team members
- Identify and encourage individual autonomy, ownership, and personal growth for everyone on the team
- Sales Growth and Account Management
- Build trust with our current customer base through delivery of value-add deliverables
- Foster an innovative culture in Professional Services by identifying new ideas for partnering with our customers in bigger and better ways
- Support Sales and Customer Success resources with discovery, project proposals and pricing for new engagements.
- Explore our industry, social and consumer data, and work towards mastery in leveraging social data to answer business questions.
- Develop expertise in our industry and strong partnerships inside and outside our company
- Become a customer advocate and trusted advisor to our most important customers
- Minimum 7-10 years experience in Professional Service management or delivery
- Experience with P&L management and related business operations
- Experience with Social Media Marketing, marketing data and/or analytics
- Proven ability to actively manage and grow a portfolio of Professional Services clients
- Proven people leader; effective collaborator in a team environment; strong communicator
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred
