1. Manage in-bound lead queues and rapidly respond to new prospects.

2. Effectively educate the market and identify potential customers via account based marketing strategies.

3. Schedule qualified meetings between prospects and Simply Measured Account Executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of social media space and clearly articulate capabilities and advantages to prospective customers.
  • Follow up on Marketing generated leads via outbound calls and emails.
  • Prospect into pre-determined organizations via various channels, including social selling and networking.
  • Articulate the Simply Measured’’s value proposition to prospects and assess buying interest.
  • Provide superior customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed lead, account, contact, opportunity and sales activity metrics within Simply Measured’s Salesforce automation system.
  • Collaborate with leadership, Sales, and Marketing to continually improve lead generation activities.

Requirements:

  • Interest in the social media space
  • Collaborative, with the ability to work well in a team-environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively call on marketing managers, directors, and executives.
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Experience:

  • 1-2 years customer service, prospecting, and/or sales experience
  • CRM software (preferably Salesforce.com)
