Facebook Reactions Now Available in Simply Measured ReportsKevin ShivelyBlogger ExtraordinaireSimply Measured
Facebook Reactions became a hot button issue on social media when they were released into the wild a few weeks back. Some people loved them, some hated them, some thought they would change the face of marketing forever. While Reactions may not change the game, they give people using Facebook the opportunity to easily convey a more diverse range of emotions, and that’s a good thing.
As a social marketer, you need the clearest and most accurate picture of what’s going on across your social channels, and we’re excited to announce that today, we’re bringing that to Simply Measured reports.
Facebook didn’t immediately change Likes to Reactions in their Insights API, but once they did, we got to work. As of today, “Reactions” will replace “Likes” in our Facebook Page Insights Report and Facebook Posts Insights report.
Regardless of your feelings about Reactions, your social analytics need to reflect what’s actually happening on your social channels, and at Simply Measured we’re committed to bringing you the most accurate and relevant data available.
If you’re a Simply Measured customer, these totals are available in your Facebook Page Insights and Facebook Post Insights Reports now. If you’re not a Simply Measured customer, what are you doing with your life?? Request a free trial here.
We’d love to hear your stories of how Facebook Reactions have impacted your process, strategy, or engagement totals. Let us know in the comments!
