If I’m being honest, this was my favorite webinar we’ve done at Simply Measured. Our CEO Adam Schoenfeld was joined by Edelman Digital VP Steve Sack, and the brand campaigns Steve shared as examples really brought the theory of social analytics to life. Adam and Steve walked through five crucial areas of focus when it comes to social analytics, and highlighted real-world use cases for each step, how they can impact everything from social tactics to marketing and business goals.
