We’re hiring a Social Insights Analyst to join our growing Professional Services team at Simply Measured. In this role you’ll serve as a social marketing consultant to some of the world’s largest brands. You’ll be tasked with discovering and answering client’s “what”, “why”, and “how” business questions with meaningful insights and strategic recommendations. You’ll analyze large sets of data to extract insights, stories, and to guide strategy and best practices. Simply Measured customers will look to you to answer their burning business questions and make recommendations to take their social programs to the next level as their trusted advisor. You’ll work with our top clients to transform their social programs by providing strategic recommendations, competitive intelligence, industry trends, and more.

- Design social measurement strategies by connecting KPIs to client business objectives.
- Analyze & audit existing social programs to provide strategic recommendations and best practices.
- Work with clients to define goals and develop marketing strategies based on consumer insights, industry trends, and business objectives.
- Generate Professional Services revenue by executing consulting engagements from discovery to delivery.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in sales pitches, RFP/RFI fulfillment, and industry presentations.
- Analyze, interpret and synthesize learnings from primary and secondary research sources, drawing conclusions that are actionable, impactful, and accessible for stakeholders.
- 4+ years experience developing and executing social media strategies at an agency or in-house
- BA/BS degree
- A passion for social media marketing, measurement, research, and data storytelling
- Excellent presentation and communications skills
- Strong research and data analysis background
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with BI tools
- Ability to travel on-site with clients as needed
