3 Pretty Social Media Graphs on CES This Morning

I’m en route to CES and reviewing some of the data and reports on #CES and related events, announcements, products, and brands. Here are three pretty charts that caught me eye from recent buzz at the event. We’ll have more coming next week.

1.) Analysis of Ballmer’s CES Keynote by the Tweets:

The social media stream maps to Ballmer’s topics of interest. Kinect and Windows Phone draw the strongest response.

2.) Who’s Going to CES? Analysis of @IntlCES’s Followers:

We used our new super stealth tool that is in private beta to run a follower report for @IntlCES, the official handle for all things CES. We found that most people are coming from the US Eastern time zone, but there is a good presence across the US and in major international cities.

3.) Mobile Hardware Heating Up, BlackBerry Looking Strong

Looking at just an hour of activity for major mobile hardware brands this AM, shows just how much this category matters at CES. There has been a lot of buzz around BlackBerry, HTC, and Samsung. Currently, Blackberry is getting the most social media attention of the three. We suspect this is largely due to BlackBerry’s new PlayBook which is amongst the most anticipated new devices in the Tablet category. I’m looking forward to getting my hands on one at the Mashable Awards tonight!
