Simply Measured is seeking a proven, strategic Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives (Inside Sales) who are tasked with selling into new accounts (brands and agencies).  This individual will be responsible for generating revenue growth and achieving individual, team and organizational quotas.  They will also be a valuable contributor to the overall sales strategy, leading implementation and driving sales execution to achieve overall revenue goals.  The Ideal candidates should possess SaaS B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities:

  • The Sales Manager’s primary objectives are to exceed Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) goals, provide mentorship to the team and coach to execution.
  • Lead a team of 10+ Account Executives (Inside Sales)
  • Grow and develop a team of Account Executives with high potential and a proven track record of success
  • Coaching direct reports in sales strategy, pipeline management, opportunity management and career planning/development
  • Track monthly metrics on conversions, pipeline movement, activities and revenue
  • Work with the Director of Sales to recruit, hire and develop world class sales talent
  • Collaborate with the Account Development team on opportunity hand off and pipeline development

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of leading a team in a technology (SaaS preferred) sales environment with 5-7 years of sales management experience
  • 3-4 years of proven success in a quota carrying sales role
  • Executive level communication and sales skills
  • Track record of consistently achieving quota and strategic objectives
  • Experience managing and closing complex and transactional sales cycles with C-level decision makers
  • Proven leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills
  • Passionate about social media
  • 4 year Degree preferred
